As part of the CFO office, you will be entrusted with the following accountabilities

• Responsible for the GP Finance, Corporate & Financial Accounting, Audit and Taxation aspects
• Responsible for coordinating with internal/external counterparts for financial reporting to ensure the compliance with local GAAPs
• Oversight internal/external audit to fulfil local statutory/group reporting requirements

• Expansion headcount and assume the key regional corporate finance function
• Report to Regional CFO and work in close partnership with senior finance professionals
• Support FP&A functions in Asia from budgeting, cost control to maintenance of financial models to facilitate business and corporate planning

• Oversight corporate services, facilities management, office procurement, HR operations, events logistic and billing/finance support
• Accountable for the full spectrum of office management by supervising a small team of 2
• Ensure the service standard of vendors and on-going budget control of the office

• Report to the Regional Head of HR and partner with a small team of HR professionals & COE
• Assume the HRBP role that calls for collaboration with senior leaders and business management to address HR challenges including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, staff engagement to compensation review
• Provide insights on talent management and employee development to foster growth & support business strategies

• As part of the Regional Business Development Department
• Accountable for timely production of English & Chinese RFP and preparation of clients’ pitch/proposals and marketing collaterals
• Work closely with professional staff across capital markets, banking, corporate and various IP practices

• Report to the Head of HR & Business Partner and accountable for regional HR C&B Operations and payroll for HK Branch
• Facilitate the preparation of HRIS/dashboard reports to support staff planning & C&B review
• Accountable for employee life cycle management and timely management of employees’ enquiries

• Contribute to the growth, penetration and marketing of mandates & discretionary portfolios
• Assume the mandate specialist to attend clients’ pitch and advise them on strategic investment & asset allocation by working closely with fund managers and private bankers
• As part of the Regional CIO committee to shape investment strategies & portfolio position across APAC

• Report to Head Corporate Services and partner with a small team of professionals in charge of mailing room, concierge, security access & pantries
• Accountable for facilities management, replenishment of office supplies, onsite event logistic coordination and closely monitoring the service standards of vendors
• Active participation in projects to ensure the fulfilment of regulatory requirements and corporate governance

• Bridge between Front office and Compliance/AML team for COB & PR Cases
• Fully Accountable for CDD/KYC/SOW and Transaction Monitoring to ensure fulfilment of HKMA, MAS and AML/CFT regulatory requirements
• Assume 2^nd LOD to advise FO on any FCC/KYC/EDD related matters for low to high risk clients across the region

As part of the Regional FCC function, the successful job holder will be accountable for

• Report to Head of FCC and partner with a small professional team of 3
• Transaction Monitoring, STR & Continuous Enhancement of AML Procedures and System/Tools Review
• Investigation of trigger events/alerts to ensure the fulfilment of regulatory/corporate governance

• Bridge between Front office and Compliance/AML team for COB & PR Cases
• Case management with full accountability to prepare KYC/SOW to ensure fulfilment of HKMA AML/CFT regulatory requirements
• Assume 1.5 LOD to advise FO on any KYC/EDD related matters for low to high risk clients across the region
