- As the professional in communicating with business and technology internal stakeholders across AP and Europe
- Facilitate business planning and support roadmap and projects design framework on behalf of business users and sponsors
- Liaise and consult senior management, business, and IT departments from formulating user requirements, KPI, testing and rollout plans
