- Responsible for the T&E and calendar management for 2 senior executives of MD level
- Assist trade processing and control that called for extensive liaison with brokers and custodians
- Work closely with Headquarters on payment/expenses issues
Requirements
- Diploma holder of Business Administration or other related disciplines
- Steady employment record with 4 years+/- office administrative and trade/operation support earned from int’l financial institution
- Passionate to take up responsibilities
- Understanding of asset management business is highly desirable
- Good team player with proactive working attitude
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
