Job Duties

  • Tasked with the mission to facilitate any strategic, new business, regulatory, automation and digitalization related initiatives
  • Serve as part of the North Asia Regional Management Team
  • Report to CEO/COO to drive/manage detail project schedule/work plan by working in close partnership with internal stakeholders across the region/headquarters
  • Prepare value added/quality management reports for committee meetings
  • Serve as the key coordinator to lead/ensure the smooth communication with the employees

Requirements

  • Well qualified graduate 6-10 years in-house project management and management consultancy experience
  • Relevant private banking experience is highly essential
  • Seasoned consultancy & presentation skills to work with senior management across the region
  • Self-driven and highly adaptive to working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
  • IT savvy
