Job Duties

  • Be part of a virtual shared service team as an independent contributor
  • Define and implement process and governance related improvement initiatives in Regional Accounts Payable processing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient streamlining of process, data harmonization, new tools introduction
  • Work closely with country Finance, internal and external auditors, project consultants, and other relevant parties

Requirements

  • University graduate and professionally qualified preferred
  • About 10-12 years of working experience, of which a mix of commercial and consulting exposure at sizable organization in the region
  • Strong analytical skills, with working knowledge in financial closing process and project management experience
  • Be able to work independently and as a leader with strong sense of commitment and responsibility
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Good command in MS Office and ERP finance system

  • Ensure governance to local statutory and corporate requirements, and actively search for opportunities to strengthen controls in the system and work processes, support RPA implementation
