Appointed by SFC regulated Asset Management group with type 1, 4 and 9; holding total AUM of USD 40million to search for Office Administration/Receptionist for the HK Branch with over 100 employees.

Job Duties

  • Report to Head of HR & Administration
  • Provide full spectrum of office administrative; facilities management and front desk support
  • Ensure smooth operations of office by overseeing the service quality of vendors
  • Support office procurement/renovation and companies events
  • Handle incoming calls and greeting visitors
  • Arrange courier services for company


  • Degree holder with at least 3 years of office administration, client service or receptionist experience
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
  • Flexible, efficient and a good team worker 
  • Proactive working attitude with good client servicing skill
