Job Duties

  • Report to Group COO and supervise EA/Receptionist
  • Oversight office administration/IT outsourced service, corporate events/fund raising logistics and budget/expenses control for the Hong Kong North Asia Branch
  • Provide compliance support related to regulatory reporting and staff dealing
  • Support the senior management on any streamlining, regulatory and new business initiatives across the region

Requirements

  • Well qualified candidate with 8 years+ relevant/progressive business management/office management experience earned from global financial institutions, private equity, i-banks or global markets
  • Passionate to learn & take up accountabilities
  • Proactive team player with proven competency to working in a dynamic int’l banking environment
  • Professional, Efficient and multi-tasked
  • Polished communication skill & excellent proficiency in English
  • Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint
