Representing world’s largest banks with over USD 600billion in assets, offering full range of wholesale banking, M&A and treasury services to search for Regional HR Generalist for the HK regional hub with 200 employees. 

Job Duties

  • Serve as one of the Workday champion leads for the region
  • Accountable for providing comprehensive HR Generalist support including on/off boarding; employee life cycle management to ensuring the fulfilment of HR governance/control
  • Work in close partnership with local HR and line of businesses across the region and provide timely HR service
  • Facilitate the continuous improvement of workflow process and automation projects

Requirements

  • IT savvy proficient in Excel, VBA or Macro
  • Degree holder with 5yrs+ steady HR Generalist/HRIS/Project Management experience earned from int’l bank/financial institutions
  • Proactive candidate with strong communication skill in English
  • Adaptive to working in a multi-cultural international banking environment 
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
