Job Duties
- This is a critical hire for Asia Pacific Shared Services Team facilitating the success of the payroll outsourcing project for the region
- To own the payroll process and be the subject matter expert for the project
- Support the preparation and implementation of the project in phases across the region
- Act as both the project team member and project manager to manage project risks, stakeholder’s expectations, and cross-functional internal / external resources
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business, or other relevant disciplines
- About 8-10 years of experience in regional payroll operation and projects in the Asia Pacific
- Demonstrated strong track record in end-to-end project management, vendor management, and change management
- Excellent communication in English. Cantonese/ Mandarin preferred
- Immediately Available highly preferred
