  • Lead a small team to provide exceptional HR services and advisory to assigned portfolio of business units
  • Hands-on in addressing talent acquisition, retention, on-off boarding, performance management, salary review and other staff enquiries and issues
  • Review and develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant statutory and group requirements
  • Support the smooth running of Staff Clubs and other Employee relations activities
  • Lead or engage various HR projects


  • Seasoned HR leader with stable track record in sizable organization, with at least 4- 5 years in a managerial role
  • Full grasp of local labor ordinance
  • Resourceful, analytical and well-organized
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
  • Proficient in HRIS system and MS Office
