Job Duties

  • Report directly to the Head of HR, Hong Kong & Taiwan
  • Provide professional HR advices to the line managers and colleagues
  • Handle all rounded HR generalist duties from recruitment, staff performance management, annual review exercise etc
  • Act as the key member to participate in company’s M&A process

Requirements

  • Degree holder majored in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of HR generalist experiences gained from multi-national companies
  • Candidate with solid M&A exposure would be an advantage
  • Fluent command of Cantonese, English & Mandarin
  • Independent, proactive and efficient
  • Immediately available preferred

  •  In charge of Payroll, Benefits, Pension operations and taxation for the Hong Kong Office by working closely with overseas vendors and internal finance department

  •  Key participant in revamping pension process and streamlining workflow
