Job Duties

  • Assist the Head of Facilities and Corporate Services to lead and be part of a fast-paced administration team to support a sizable operation with multiple premises
  • Independently manage various renovation and maintenance projects
  • Supervise a team of tea ladies, office assistants, and receptionists
  • Coordinate facilities repair and maintenances, office supplies and pantry procurement, and other related tasks

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 10 years of administration experiences and solid exposure in sizable organizations
  • Strong track record in handling various facilities projects
  • Excellent client servicing and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-minded
  • Flexible, patient, efficient and a good team worker
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
