Job Duties
Report to the Deputy Head of Finance & Tax for the North Asia/HK Branch, the successful job holder will be accountable for
- Timely and quality production of financial accounting and group reporting in accordance to IFRS/IAS
- Ensure accurate headquarter submission and consolidation of management information data
- Facilitate tax computation/TP related matters by working closely with external tax consultant
- Active involvement in finance system and procedures enhancement to cater for the on-going changing accounting regulations, regulatory reporting requirements and new banking services/product initiatives
Requirements
- Qualified accountant with at least 4 years+ steady employment track record with solid financial & group reporting
- Big4 trained is highly essential with good understanding of private banking business is a definite advantage
- Prior finance system enhancement or project management experience is highly essential
- Good understanding of derivatives products; IFRS, IAS and HKMA regulatory requirements
- Adaptive to working in a highly international banking environment
