Job Duties

  • Manage the demand planning duties which require frequent liaison with marketing, import and sales teams to work out practical sell-in forecasts as well as stock allocation strategies so as to achieve high service rate and contained stock level as well as high presence rate, contained stock coverage and low obsolescence
  • Responsible for providing weekly and monthly reports/ review to designated brand and other counterparts with the objective to reflect actual performance and foreseeable risks as well as to make recommendations for improvement on service, stock impact, logistics arrangement and P&L results
  • Keep close track of ERP data maintenance and initiate continuous improvement actions/ projects when he/she sees fit


  • Degree holder in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics Studies or related discipline 
  • With 5 years relevant working experience in demand planning for FMCG / Retail business. Those with less experience will be considered as Assistant Planner
  • Good understanding of distribution and supply chain processes
  • Analytical, meticulous-minded and thorough, with excellent diagnostic, planning and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy, with ability to quickly identify issues and solve problems
  • Strong presentation, influencing, communication and interpersonal skills with different parties at all levels
  • Independent and self-motivated, with ability to deliver results under pressure and under changing priorities
  • Fluent command in spoken and written English
  • Proficient PC skills, especially in Excel
  • Occasionally travel might be required
