  • Provide one-on-one EA support to Senior Executive 
  • Accountable for managing dairy and meeting schedules by liaising with senior executives/counterparts across the region 
  • Responsible for drafting email/correspondence
  • Maintain close working relationship with the internal departments and the leadership team
  • Conduct desktop research and support any ad-hoc projects

Requirements

  • Degree Holder with 8 years of steady & progressive employment record with int’l bank
  • Proven experience working for C-suites
  • People oriented with good business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Provide timely office administration/facilities management support by coaching with receptionists and administrative assistants
