Job Duties
- Report Regional CFO and partner with a small team of finance professionals
- Accountable for managing financial reporting, treasury/funding control and fund/SPV/LP capital accounts by reviewing & liaising with external fund administrators
- Assist investment deal team and Investor Relation professionals on aspects related to fund structure, taxation, compliance and marketing initiatives.
- Facilitate end to end process for fund raising/closings, accounting & reporting, allocations, maintenance of distribution waterfall, and investor reporting.
Requirements
- Well qualified Graduate/Qualified accountant
- Big4 trained with relevant experience in auditing private equity companies
- Good understanding of Private Equity financial reporting/fund administration
- Proactive personality with passion to learn & excel in a multi-cultural environment
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
