Job Duties
- Responsible for full spectrum of commercial financial analysis and recommendations to support ongoing strategic management decisions
- Provide financial planning and analytical advisory; work closely with regional business units heads to identify key drivers for financial performance and business excellence
- Perform annual budget, forecast and analysis, create financial/business modeling if necessary to support new business opportunities/ product launches
- Proactively review and recommend measures to optimize finance processes e.g. developing/uplifting finance and accounting systems, procedures and controls
- Partner closely with accounting operation/ group’s shared services; proactive exchange with Asia Pacific and Global finance and business counterparts
Requirements
- Degree or above in Finance/ Accounting or related disciplines with relevant professional qualifications
- 8-15 years of experience including a focused track record in regional FP&A function covering the full P/L; demonstrate sophisticated business partnering skills dealing with senior executives, in a MNC environment with regional exposure ideally in the consumer goods sector
- Culturally sensitive, with overseas working experience or education ideal
- Independent, results-focused and responsible, with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work well with different 3rd parties and associates from different locations in the region
- Fluent in written and verbal English and Mandarin
- High PC proficiency with advanced knowledge and experience in using Excel, PowerPoint and Word
