Job Duties
- Report to Head of HR Hong Kong
- Be the leader of Compensation and Benefits Operations for Hong Kong
- Oversee the compensation and benefits process including payroll, salary adjustment administration, benefits review and administration, tax filling, and system maintenance in the HR Shared Services Centre
- Address enquiries from Brand General Managers and Human Resources Business Partners of a number of entities.
- Participate in other HR projects and reports as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder with about 10 years’ steady HR experience with solid leadership in C&B Operations
- Well-versed with HR Employment Ordinance & implementation
- Ability to work in a MNC and multi-cultural matrix environment
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
