Job Duties

  • Report to the Head of Learning, and be the digital learning subject matter expert to formulate digital learning strategy and its implementation according to corporate directions and market needs and priorities
  • Promote, educated, and stimulate usage of the new learning platform with enhanced level of social and self-learning capabilities according to agreed KPI
  • Cultivate a positive digital learning culture in the organization with focus on retail employees
  • Curate and design relevant content for digital learning platforms
  • Involve in other learning initiatives in the group with other peers or cross functional teams in the organization


  • Degree holder with good written and spoken English and Chinese proficiency
  • 5-8 years’ experience, from either a digital marketing background with corporate learning project exposure, or a L&D professional with track record in digital learning
  • Demonstrate passion to learn, lead, and influence
  • Retail industry exposure is not required; but should demonstrate interests in retail/lifestyle

  • This is a two-year contact assignment tasked to help design and drive employee data management digitalization project across the region

Job Duties
  • Working in a Regional HRIS team under the HR department, you will be partnering closely with various regional human resources representatives from different markets and business units, and the Technology department to drive continuous improvement and management of all HR technologies in Asia Pacific
  • Lead a small team to take charge full cycles of key HRIS and Process projects from development, user requirement, process alignment, project planning, to implementation 
  • Understand country HR and business needs and advise related solutions to HR teams in the region
