  • Provide instant response to all incoming enquiries via different channels
  • Handle all the complaints cases tactfully and retain customers’ satisfaction
  • Conduct evaluation review periodically and prepare reports

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 4 years customer services experiences in call centre environment
  • Cheerful, service-driven, people-oriented
  • Fluent command of English, Mandarin & Cantonese. Candidate with fluent in Korean and English would also be considered.
  • Those with leadership experiences would be considered as Supervisor
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
