Job Duties
- Provide comprehensive investor relationship management support from fund raising, business development to on-going client relationship management
- Responsible for conducting desktop research; client due diligence to fund performance/ad-hoc reports
- Accountable for scheduling calls/meetings, coordinating roadshow & events that called for extensive liaison with institutional investors and senior management
- Oversight fund raising process by collaborating with investment, compliance, marketing and senior management across the region
- Act as the key project coordinator to drive the smooth functional transition from compliance to client on-boarding/KYC team
Requirements
- Degree holder with 6 years solid institutional client service and sales support experience earned from int’l private equity or alternative investment management companies
- Understanding of private equity and LP is highly essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Self-motivated & committed team player with relevant IR and institutional client relationship management exposure
- Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable
