- Accountable for the P/L of the retail business and building a winning team in Hong Kong and Macau.
- Formulate and implement business strategic plans to drive sales, maximize profits, and achieve business targets and sustainable growth.
- Partner closely with Retail Operation Manager, Retail Training Manager, and other internal functions like Merchandising, Marketing, and Store Development to deliver and implement cross-functional strategies.
- Be customer and data centric to meet customer needs

Requirements
- Degree holder with about 10 years experience, of which at least 5 years in an Area Management position.
- Excellent business acumen and an effective communicator in English and Chinese.
- Those with proven success in international mass / premium retail brands are all encouraged to apply.
- Accountable and result-driven, with a strong sense of quality and working standards.
