Job Duties
- Report to Head of HR, be accountable for all HR matters for corporate staff within the group in Hong Kong and China (with a small population in US and UK), with an oversight on workplace matters for the corporate office in Hong Kong
- Address any HR operational issues carried out by local HR counterparts, and provide directions on end-to-end HR processes, from talent acquisitions, rewards management, performance management, employee development and relations, and other on/off boarding matters
- Work closely with the Head of HR on providing HR advisory to Senior Management on achieving organization/people strategies and goals
- Plan and drive continuous improvement especially on enhancing the value and best practices of HR across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline with at least 10 years’ experience with human resources practices and disciplines with a solid understanding of HR best practices, HR business partnering, and project management
- Ability to manage ambiguity with an agile and forward-looking mindset
- Good leadership competency with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
