Job Duties

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial & administrative support to the Partners and other legal staffs in the Banking Team
  • Handle the billing matters e.g. maintain the records in system, prepare expenses reports
  • Arrange team meetings & conference calls
  • Prepare & Proofread the legal documents 
  • Support in other ad hoc tasks as per requested

Requirements

  • Diploma holder with 5-6 years of secretarial experience from international firms. 
  • Detail-minded, efficient and organized candidate
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Immediately available candidate is highly preferred
  • Fluent command of Spoken & Written English & Chinese
