Job Duties
- Manage orders from overseas buyers (Beauty & Personal Care) at top retailers
- Manage and control the buying process to ensure the services to all BUs are delivered effectively
- Conduct data analysis and product review to understand market dynamics and identify market opportunities
- Communicate closely with China merchandising team to compliance with different quality standards and vendor requirements
- Develop the merchandising and sales strategies to achieve business goals
Requirements
- Diploma holder and above with about 5-10 years working experience
- Experience in merchandising in Cosmetic/Personal Care/ FMCG industry is preferred
- Good understanding of international trading/sourcing business is essential.
- Understands and keeps abreast of changing consumer behaviour and merchandising trends and can provide insights on consumer consumption patterns
- Good negotiation skills, energetic, creative, collaborative, adaptable and able to work well under pressure
- Proficient in Excel (include Pivot table) & Power-point
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
