Representing the World’s most prestigious US based alternative and private equity group with total AUM over USD 250billion and operations in over 25 offices to search for  Regional HR Generalist Support Officer. 

Job Duties

  • Report to Regional Head of HR and HR Manager
  • Accountable for recruitment coordination, on-boarding and end to end interview process that called for extensive liaison with deal professionals and corporate offices across Greater China, AP and US headquarters
  • Prepare timely HR reports to cater for staffing, compensation and business planning
  • Maintenance of staff record and tackle any employees’ enquiries
  • Support the implementation of global/regional projects

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 3 years+/- relevant HR related experience acquired from international financial institutions or management consultancy firms
  • Motivated, resourceful, solution driven and proactive team player 
  • Excellent communication skills in fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)  
  • Highly proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
