Representing multiple Global Private Equity & Family Offices to search for EA for Regional MDs in charge of Investment and Institutional Clients Relations.

Job Duties

  • Provide full spectrum of business administration & secretarial support including calendar management, T&E, desktop research and database mgmt
  • Support rapid expansion which covers institutional clients’ events/roadshow logistics and office renovation coordination that required extensive liaison with clients, headquarters and vendors
 

Requirements

  • Well qualified graduate with 8yrs+/- relevant EA, business management & IR experience earned from international financial institution
  • Relevant experience assisting Regional C-Suite
  • Resourceful with strong problem solving, organization and communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Adaptive to working in a highly multi-cultural & fast paced international environment
