  • Drive Supply Chain excellence with clearly defined objectives and strategies, and together with the team to deliver high quality projects
  • Lead and develop a team of project manager and specialist to improve standardization, automation, and customer satisfaction in the Asia Pacific
  • Manage the project management platform and portfolio to ensure synergies and organization, control, and transparency
  • Review process capabilities and skill matrix to develop assessment mechanism of people competencies in the supply chain organization according to supply chain strategies
  • Cultivate continuous improvement and a data literate culture and other best practices with cross-functional entities within the region


  • Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in business/supply chain  / technology disciplines.
  • More than 10 years of professional experience and solid know-how in order management, supply & demand planning as well as large scale business process optimization experience.
  • Solid exposure interacting with senior executives in a MNC organization; equipped with excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is an advantage
  • Fluent in English & Chinese
