Regional expansion headcount with European Based Private Equity Group with USD 100Bill+ AUM and over 20 offices worldwide is in search Regional HR Generalist. 

Job Duties

  • Report to Regional Head of HR 
  • Accountable for HR Operations, Payroll/Benefit Administration, On/Off Boarding, Training/Orientation coordination 
  • Prepare value added HR reports/HRIS to cater for regional staff & business planning & annual compensation review 
  • Timely management of employees’ enquiries and HR advisory support 
  • Facilitate the implementation & communication of global/regional initiatives


  • Overseas graduate with Bachelor Degree in Finance, Human Resources or other related disciplines
  • 5 years of Regional HR Operations/Generalist experience earned from Int’l Financial Institutions 
  • Proven regional experience is highly essential 
  • People oriented with strong communication & organizational skills
  • Excellent proficiency in written & spoken English

Job Duties
  • Be the C&B subject-matter expert for the Hong Kong Office to support staff retention, promotion, and other HR objectives

Job Duties
  • Support the initiation, planning and implementation of HR process and procedures digitalization
  • Be the subject matter expert in the HR team and work closely with IT Department and vendors on project timelines and budgets, as well as testing and system migration processes
  • Engage and support users of the system to ensure smooth deployment and maximize usage
