Job Duties
- Report to the Regional Head of HR
- Accountable for calendar management, meeting schedules across multiple time zones and travel arrangements
- Manage interview schedules; on-off barding coordination and facilitate the preparation of HRIS reports using multiple systems including Workday
- Provide team administrative support to the professional HR department
Requirements
- Degree holder or equivalent with 5 years+/- executive assistant, business or HR administrative support earned from international financial institutions
- Detail oriented, proactive and self-motivated team worker with strong proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
- Articulated communication and good interpersonal skills
- Strong multi-tasking capabilities
