Job Duties

  • Work under C&B team to handle C&B administration
  • Conduct benefit administration as well as coordinating annual exercises e.g. benefits review / performance review
  • Key contact point for both internal & external parties ; Handle enquiries & communication on C&B policies
  • Support in ad hoc C&B projects

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or other related disciplines
  • With at least 4 years of C&B working experiences
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance
  • Detail-minded, organized & patient candidate
  • Good command of Spoken & Written English & Chinese
