Job Duties

  • As part of the Regional Strategic Business Management Team
  • Report to Regional COO and Manage a team of client service managers  
  • Oversight the resources planning, hiring and performance of CSMs to ensure the fulfilment of business objectives in the AP region
  • Assume business management accountabilities including client on-boarding to KYC related aspects to facilitate the smooth operations of daily business activities
  • As part of the regional management team to drive transformation/digitalization projects and strategic business development initiatives in Greater China region
  • Serve as the internal consultant to represent front office to work with senior management, and counterparties on any regulatory and compliance aspects
  • Cultivate strong working relationships across coverage, product, and infrastructure divisions through daily interactions

Requirements

  • Graduate with 13 years+/- relevant client service management, business management, front office risk control earned from int’l private bank
  • Strategic minded with proven people management capability along with good problem
  • Profound understanding towards wealth management business and regulatory requirements
  • Adaptive to working in a multi-cultural int’l environment
  • Strong interpersonal & influencing skills to effectively work with people

  • Translate big data into business insights and decision making with data visualization and modeling tools
