Job Duties

  • Handle end to end Talent Acquisition process and organize recruitment related activities up to Manager level
  • Work with Shared Service Center on supporting the employee lifecycle including all C&B operations and on/off boarding
  • Maintain employee relations and support HRD on advisory to employees
  • Support the hiring managers and senior management on manpower planning, performance management and staff cases
  • Conduct periodic HR reports and policies review

Requirements

  • Degree holder majored in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • With at least 8years of HR generalist experience, of which 1-2 years at a managerial level dealt with complexity
  • Candidates without retail experience will also be considered
  • Fluent command of Spoken & Written English & Chinese
  • Solution driven, responsive, with strong sense of professionalism and integrity
