Job Duties

  • Support the development and implementation of predictive analytics models and optimization projects in the Asia Pacific via stakeholder engagement as well as machine learning and data mining techniques
  • Apply advanced data analysis methodologies or algorithm, and utilize statistical and optimization models to solve issues and deploy solutions in the supply chain context
  • Translate big data into business insights and decision making with data visualization and modeling tools
  • Interpret business requirements into process flows, what-if scenarios, and conduct quick data modeling and prototyping
  • Plan data preparation from evaluation of data sources, ensuring integrity of data, and define database architecture and building data pipelines
  • Develop visualization charts, dashboards, and present data-stories


  • Degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Decision Analytics, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • About 4 years’ experience in predictive modeling, simulation / optimization modeling tools
  • Experienced with programming languages like Python, R, matlab, Javascript
  • Experienced with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight, or Plotly, Seaborn, matplotlib
  • Familiar with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow
  • Strong coordination and project management skills, experience in working independently and driving projects end to end
  • Familiar with Jira, Gitlab, confluence or equivalent project management tools
  • Familiar with agile project management approaches
  • Familiar with mathematical programming / optimization modeling (LP, MILP) or algorithms
  • Comfortable with working in a fluent, dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English

Job Duties
  • Accountable for implementing the sustainable strategies in APAC
