Job Duties

  • Manage campus engagement and employer branding to attract top talent for the organization, from global competitions to branding assets and recruitment talks
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for MT / Interns hiring decisions
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of comprehensive young talent development programs that supports the integration and development of early career professionals in the organization
  • Manage HR data and provide reports to the HR Manager as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on early careers, campus recruitment, and young talent development program management highly valued
  • Passion for talent development and a commitment to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace
  • Strong story-telling and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various levels, from job advertisement, sourcing, screening, selection, offer, to onboarding and administrative tasks with a dedicated focus and plan for diversity hiring
  • Manage recruitment platforms and streamline internal recruitment processes, manage all open positions on internal and external platforms, create a talent pipeline for future openings, and manage retail management trainee and internship programmes with various institutions
