Job Duties
- Manage campus engagement and employer branding to attract top talent for the organization, from global competitions to branding assets and recruitment talks
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for MT / Interns hiring decisions
- Facilitate the development and implementation of comprehensive young talent development programs that supports the integration and development of early career professionals in the organization
- Manage HR data and provide reports to the HR Manager as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on early careers, campus recruitment, and young talent development program management highly valued
- Passion for talent development and a commitment to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace
- Strong story-telling and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
