Job Duties
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various levels, from job advertisement, sourcing, screening, selection, offer, to onboarding and administrative tasks with a dedicated focus and plan for diversity hiring
- Manage recruitment platforms and streamline internal recruitment processes, manage all open positions on internal and external platforms, create a talent pipeline for future openings, and manage retail management trainee and internship programmes with various institutions
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR with Retail Hiring Experience essential
- Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
