Job Duties
- Handle overall compensation and benefit administration for Hong Kong based staffs
- Be the HR focal point for advisory and enquiries
- Keep timely update on compulsory regulations, rules and market trends on best practices
- Involve in the regional budgeting exercises such as staff cost analysis, regional annual budget, and yearly salary review cycle
- Act as the super user of HRIS to ensure the accuracy of the data and the point of contact with HQ for system update and root problem shooting and provide suggestion from regional perspective in new projects
- Support other HR and Administration activities such as employee relations, recruitment, and facilities maintenance when needed
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience, with strength in Compensation and Benefits
- Excellent working knowledge of the HK Employment Ordinance
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a busy work environment with a hands-on working approach
- Dependable with an agile mindset
- A ‘continuous improvement’ mindset, proactively suggesting and implementing new or improved ways of working
- Previous experiences in facilities management are a plus
