Job Duties
- Accountable for managing the regional office by supervising a small team of administrative support
- Ensure quality & timely corporate services, facilities management, office procurement, relocation & renovation
- Oversight the service standard of vendors and on-going budget control of the office
- Coordinate high profile clients events and AGM
- Periodic review & communication of company policies
- Facilitate regional ad-hoc projects by collaborating with headquarters & local offices in Asia
- Provide backup EA support to Senior Management of MD/ Partner level
Requirements
- Degree holder with 13years+/- relevant OM / Corporate Service experience working with int’l financial institution
- Proven track record supporting regional senior executives/C-Suite
- Solid people management and supervisory experience
- Adaptive to work in a multi-cultural regional office
- Professional, efficient and multi-tasked with seasoned communication skill in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
