Global Private Equity Industry Leader, hiring over 2000+ professionals and operating in 25 offices+ worldwide with total AUM Of USD 360bill is in search for PA/Executive to Regional Chairman.

Job Duties

  • Provide 1st class EA and Biz Support to Chairman
  • Manage complex travel itineraries/visa, meeting schedules and busy calendar
  • Assist in editing presentations; preparing minutes and correspondences for meetings/ conferences
  • Handle chairman’s personal matters, including board members accountabilities, highly confidential tax filing, coordinating family schedules, and partial household logistics
  • Serve as a liaison between the Regional Managing Director and various internal and external stakeholders, including clients, investors, and senior executives
  • Facilitate special projects and ad hoc assignments as needed that called for extensive liaison with internal/external clients across the region



  • Bachelor's degree in Company Secretary, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Proven 12years+ track record as an executive assistant or personal assistant, supporting C-level executives
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence
  • Professional and polished demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
