Regional expansion headcount with Global Private Equity & Alternative Investment Firm with USD 100Bill+ AUM and over 20 offices worldwide to search for Regional HR Generalist with strong numerate analytical skills

Job Duties

  • Report to Regional Head of HR  
  • Prepare value added HR reports/HRIS to cater for regional staff & business planning & annual compensation review
  • Timely management of employees’ enquiries and HR advisory support
  • Facilitate the implementation & communication of global/regional initiatives

Requirements

  • Overseas graduate with Bachelor Degree in Finance, Human Resources or other related disciplines
  • 5 years of Regional HR C&B, Project Management and Generalist experience earned from Int’l Financial Institutions
  • Self driven with strong analytical and numerate sense along with reporting and project management skills
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
  • People oriented with strong communication & organizational skills
  • Excellent proficiency in written & spoken English
