Job Duties
- Report Team Head of Corporate Services
- Provide team administrative support to the branch office
- Accountable for office procurement, expenses control, internal & external events coordination
- Prepare expenses reports and backup front-desk including meeting rooms booking
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder with 4 years+/- team administrative/receptionist experience
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of capital markets or private bank is highly desirable
- Multi-tasked team player with capability to work in a multi-cultural environment
