Job Duties
- Responsible for talent acquisition that called for profound understanding towards business requirements
- Accountable for employees’ experience throughout the employee’s cycle – onboarding
- Prepare timely organization charts, headcounts and HRIS reports
- Support key talent and leadership development programs
- Ready to provide ad-hoc support to facilitate digitalization, D&I and ESG related initiatives
Requirements
- 5 years + Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist experience
- Mature with steady employment track record
- Independent and self driven
- Individual contributor with strong attentiveness to details
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
