Job Duties
- As the Executive Assistant, report to the founding member in charge of Investment Deal Team
- Responsible for calendar management & travel arrangement
- Manage intensive meeting schedule, setting up of VC & calls with external clients & senior management across the region & headquarters
- Assist in event management and desktop research
Requirements
- Graduate with 8yrs+/- integrated EA and business support experience earned from international financial institutions
- Proven track record in assisting C-Suite; arranging complicated T&E as well as calendar management
- Self motivated, independent with strong multi-tasking and excellent communication skill in written & spoken English
- Adaptive to working in a highly multi-cultural & fast paced international financial environment
