Job Duties

  • Report to Regional Partner and assume the office management function
  • Provide first class office administrative/management support by pairing up with EAs
  • ccountable for ensuring quality general office administrative services including procurement of stationary/refreshment, expenses control and reception services
  • Responsible for calendar management, extensive T&E, conference room booking, event management support that called for extensive liaison with global investors/senior management across the region/headquarters



  • Degree holder with 8years+ office administration/EA experience supporting senior executives of C level with global financial institutions, asset management or int’l banks
  • Proactive team player with proven competency to working in a dynamic int’l financial services environment
  • Multi-tasked candidate who is adaptive to working in a multi-cultural int’l environment
  • Polished communication skill & excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint
